Here is what we have noticed:
- Residents of Keene have been unable to talk about much else
- The grocery store has conserved energy by completely shutting down the freezer aisle.
- People would rather be inside than outside--and in New Hampshire, where most people practically live outdoors, that is just abnormal.
- Black flies are at the bottom of the list of complaints.
Mom and dad have not been feeling well this week, so the boys are finding other ways to keep occupied inside. Here are a couple of examples:

As I get ready to post this....the "heat wave" has passed. We are looking forward to spending some time outside today on the "sidewinder splash" with some good buddies, and a BBQ this evening! Welcome back, perfect New Hampshire summer!!! We've been waiting for you!
