Cooper is 3!!

For the last 2 months, we got daily reminders from Cooper "my burfday cominup." Finally, the big event has arrived! His birthday fell on a Tuesday this year (which is not an ideal party day) so we threw his party on the Saturday before. He had a specific list of people who he wanted to attend the party, and all could be there. We planned a "fun in the sun" party where the kiddos would play with the sprinkler, water balloons and water guns. The weather here in New Hampshire is less than summer-like, so of course when I saw the forecast a week before (rain, 68 degrees), I stressed over it. What the heck am I going to do with 11 kids (and their parents, and siblings)in my smallish house? Luckily, the sun came out a bit and the weather was warm enough to let them play a bit in the water.

Cooper trying out his new Jeep in the backyard, Coach was chasing him around the yard and barking...It's too funny~Cooper can control it really well. There's a little sticker next to the gearshift handle that identifies the speed level and he must always have it on the "bunny" (fast) speed as opposed to the "turtle" (slow) speed. ...so now starts the countdown to birthday #4~Coop is already saying "I be 4 on my next birfday!"
